Return Window

  • We offer a 30-day return and replacement policy starting from the date of delivery.

  • If the part is not returned within 30 days, a refund will not be initiated.

Eligible Returns

  • Parts that are damaged during shipping

  • Wrong parts delivered

  • Parts that are not in working condition

Condition of Products

  • We sell both brand-new and used car parts.

  • Returned parts must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging whenever possible.

How to Return

  2. We will issue a return label. Attach this to your package.

  3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided.

Refunds

  • Once the returned part is received and inspected, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
